Can you return plants? No.
Gardenia does not accept returns on plants, as the plants will spend too much time in transit. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

Can you return broken pots? No.
Gardenia does not accept returns on broken pots as sometime ceramics break during the transit. In such cases, please share the pictures while unpacking of the box and we can work on the replacements of the pot.
